Actioning the text-
We were applying our knowledge of actioning text to both
Equus and A Street Car Named Desire. In
Equus we have been actioning a set of 3 lines from the monologues we learnt,
mine being Dysart’s monologue from the start of act 2. And in streetcar, we
chose a different unit than last lesson and tried to convey the unit with three
different actions. I was again working with Rose, and we played Stella (me),
and Blanche (Rose). We found it very easy to decide on actions for Stella but
struggled with Blanche.
